Fyber Limited, a UK-registered company specialising in design, branding, websites and events, wishes to inform the public of a fraudulent operation unlawfully using our brand name and logo to scam individuals out of money.
The fraudulent activity involves a U.S.-based scammer posing as Fyber Limited through the now-defunct website http://www.fyberdigital-work.com. This site has been used to deceive people into transferring money under false pretences, falsely associating their schemes with Fyber Limited. These actions are entirely unaffiliated with Fyber Limited, and we condemn these malicious activities.
Our legitimate websites are fyberdigital.com, fyber.co.uk, and fyber.live. We have no affiliations with any U.S.-based companies or the scammers involved in this scheme.
To address this serious issue, Fyber Limited has reported the matter to Action Fraud UK and the British Police. A crime reference number has been issued, and an investigation is underway.
We have also urged individuals who have been targeted or scammed to contact their local authorities, including the U.S. police or FBI, and to seek independent legal advice.
